How to cancel your Netflix subscription?
- Open a browser and type netflix.com/cancelplan.
- Sign In to your Netflix account.
- Under Cancel your streaming plan? click Finish Cancellation.
- Your Netflix subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will receive a confirmation that your Netflix subscription has been canceled and you will also receive a confirmatory email regarding the cancellation of your subscription. Choose the reasons you are canceling your Netflix subscription and click Done at the bottom of the page.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and you can restart your membership at any time.
Your Netflix viewing preferences and account details will be saved for 10 months.
Note: To prevent someone else from restarting your account, it is recommended to change your Netflix password and Sign out of all devices.
Cancel Netflix subscription from Netflix app
- Open the Netflix app and Sign In.
- Tap on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the app and tap on Account.
- Scroll to the Billing Details section and tap on Cancel Membership.
- You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Confirm it and your Netflix subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
