How to Cancel Hulu Subscription?

Don’t want to subscribe to Hulu anymore? Follow these steps to learn how to cancel your Hulu subscription through Hulu.com and various third-party billing.

Cancel your Hulu subscription

  1. Go to Manage Your Account.
  2. Under Your Subscription, select Cancel next to Cancel Your Subscription.
  3. You will be presented with the option to pause your subscription – select Continue to cancel.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

Once you have successfully canceled your Hulu subscription, you will continue to have access to Hulu until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.

Third-Party Billing

Apple

If you are billed for Hulu through Apple, learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple.

Amazon

  1. Go to Amazon Pay, click Sign in, and select Check your Amazon Pay orders.
  2. Sign in to your Account account.
  3. Select the Merchant Agreements tab.
  4. Under Manage Merchant Agreement next to Hulu, click Cancel agreement.
  5. A dialog box will appear, click Cancel agreement to confirm the cancelation.

Comcast Xfinity

  1. Open Settings on your Xfinity Flex or X1 TV Box.
  2. Select Apps & Subscriptions > Apps & Subscriptions Management > Hulu (No Ads).
  3. On the Hulu subscription details page, press the down arrow, select Unsubscribe, and press OK.
  4. You will be asked to confirm your unsubscription. Choose Unsubscribe to complete.

Disney

If you are billed for the Disney Bundle by Disney:

  1. Log in to your Disney+ account.
  2. Select your Profile.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select Disney Bundle subscription under Subscription.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.
  6. Select Cancel Subscription.

If you are billed for Disney Bundle by Hulu, you can cancel your subscription from Hulu account page.

If you already had a Disney+ and/or ESPN+ subscription, you will continue to be billed separately for those subscriptions until you cancel them separately.

Roku

If you are billed for Hulu through Roku, you can cancel your Hulu subscription on Hulu.com.

Spotify

If you are a Spotify Premium for Students subscriber, you can cancel Hulu subscription from your Spotify account page.

  1. Log into your Spotify account.
  2. Go to Account Overview > Your Active Services.
  3. Choose Deactivate Hulu.

Deactivating Hulu from Spotify only removes your Hulu subscription and won’t impact your Spotify account.

T-Mobile

If you are billed for Hulu through T-Mobile, you can cancel your Hulu subscription on Hulu.com.

Verizon

If you are billed for Hulu through Verizon, you can cancel your subscription from the Add-ons and Apps in My Verizon.
